Brownies


1 stick (1/2 c.) margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. flour
16 oz. Hershey’s chocolate syrup

Combine and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting:
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) margarine
1/2 c. milk

Bring to boil and stir in 1/2 c. chocolate chips.  Remove from heat, and and cool until slightly thickened.  Spread on top of the cooled brownies.
