Green Rice


3/8 c. butter
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 pkg. cut frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion and celery in butter.  Remove from heat.  Stir in remaining ingredients.  Put into greased casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
