Mints


2 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. flavoring
Food coloring
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
Granulated sugar

Mash cheese; add flavoring and food color.  Mix in sugar, kneading by hand to the consistency of pie dough.  Roll into small marble-sized balls; roll in granulated sugar to coat, and press into candy mold.  Unmold at once onto waxed paper.

For chocolate mints, add 3 tsp. cocoa and 1/2 tsp. vanilla.
