This is Grandma Jepsen’s punch recipe.

1 pkg. cherry Kool-aid
1 pkg. strawberry Kool-aid
2 c. sugar
3 quarts water
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 quart gingerale

At least one day ahead of use, make a syrup of sugar and water by boiling and simmering 5 minutes.  Cool and refrigerate.  Mix in remaining ingredients, except for lemonade; mix well.  Slowly add gingerale just before serving; stir well.  Serves about 35.
