Steak Marinade


1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. olive oil

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except the olive oil; whisk until smooth.  Slowly whisk in the oil until well blended.  Marinate steak in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
