Three Bean and Pasta Sweet Salad


6 oz. uncooked spiral vegetable pasta (combination of red, green, and yellow noodles)
1 can green beans, drained
1 can wax beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
3/8 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook pasta; rinse with cool water.  Meanwhile, combine drained beans and chopped onion in a large bowl.  In a separate small bowl, combine vinegar and oil; slowly add in sugar and stir to dissolve.  Add drained pasta and vinegar mixture to beans.  Add tomatoes; salt and pepper to taste.  Gently toss to combine.  Makes 3 servings.
