Tuna Salad with Lemon and Capers


5 oz. (150 g.) tuna, drained
1/2 c. (50 g.) diced sweet red onion
2 stalks celery, diced
1/3 c. (30 g.) chopped parsley
1 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Drain the tuna; mix in onion, celery, parsley, and capers.  Add the lemon juice, olive oil, and mayonnaise and stir until thoroughly combined.  Use as a sandwich filler or to top salad greens.
