Italian Vinaigrette


1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 c. olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried basil or oregano

Combine ingredients in a large jar with a tight-fitting lid.  Shake well to combine.
