Crustless Pumpkin Pie


3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat all ingredients together until smooth.  Pour into large greased pie pan.  Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 45-50 minutes, until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
