Cold Pasta Primavera


2 c. cooked baby shell pasta, chilled
2 c. broccoli flowerets, blanched
1 carrot, sliced and blanched
1/4 lb. snow peas, washed and trimed, cut in half
1/2 c. thinly sliced red pepper
6 small oranges

In large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and red pepper.  Toss well with spring dressing.  Chill.  Slice 2 oranges crosswise and arrange on serving platter.  Peel and section remaining 4 oranges; toss with pasta mixture.  Spoon salad on top of orange slices.
