Fish Fillets Fantastic


This is an old newspaper recipe, and is pretty good.

1 lb. frozen fish fillets
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Ground pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Thaw fish enough to separate.  Arrange in buttered 9″ pie plate.  Sprinkle with pepper, and dot with the butter.  Spread soup over fish and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes; serve with lemon wedges.
