Pumpkin Bread


3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Line three 9x5x3 loaf pans with waxed paper.  Combine all ingredients and mix well; pour into prepared pans.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
