How to grill Sweet Corn


Peel back the outer layer husks, but leave attached to the base of the ear of corn.  Remove the silk and the inner layers of husk, and rinse the corn well in cold water.

Fold the remaining husks back over the corn; soak the ears in cold water for 30 minutes.  Before grilling, spread butter over the corn kernels, just under the husk.  Grill over medium low heat for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.  Let cook for a few minutes, remove the husks, and enjoy!
