Grilled Chicken and Pear Salad


2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
3 c. fresh spinach
1 peeled and sliced pear
Handful of walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Dressing:
½ c. balsamic vinegar
½ c. olive oil
2 tbsp. honey

In a large salad bowl, mix spinach, pear, and walnuts.  Add the sliced chicken breasts.

Whisk the dressing ingredents together and pour over the salad mixture; top with Parmesan.
