Wheat Bread


Start with all ingredients at room temperature.

11 oz. water
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. molasses
2 c. bread flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast

Measure all ingredients into bread pan in the order listed.  Select whole wheat setting.
