Carrot and Yogurt Salad


4/23/10 – good!

4 carrots, grated
2-3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
¼ c. golden raisins
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper; mix well.  If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
