Stir-fry Sauce


½ c. low sodium soy sauce
½ c. dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, crushed – or 1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 tsp. Splenda or other sugar substitute

Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
